The process to return the item

  • 2- An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your complaint. A pick-up will be scheduled by our courier services.
  • 3- Pack the item with its packaging in its original state, leaving any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
  • 4- As soon as your returned item is received and inspected, your refund/replacement will be processed.
