Where is your showroom located?
Our showroom is located in SH Majid Building, (Bldg. 224), Mezzanine Floor, M04, just next to Business Bay metro station.
What are your timings?
Due to the current situation, we are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We are still OPEN DAILY.
Do you deliver outside UAE?
We only deliver within UAE as of the moment.
How many days should I expect the delivery of my order?
Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days within UAE.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery payments.
What is your courier?
Aramex is our courier in-charge of the deliveries.
How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping charges for deliveries to Abu Dhabi are AED 42, while for other emirates like Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, or Umm Al Quwain, the charge is AED 26.25. Orders within the UAE worth AED 500 or more enjoy free shipping. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from the store.
